Club cycling includes group rides, indoor spin classes, and sessions designed around building fitness, confidence, and experience around other cyclists.
Club bikes may be available for members who do not have suitable equipment of their own.
The ride description will state the expected equipment, ability and meeting arrangements.
Running sessions offer a mixture of steady, social and structured training, with groups or adaptations when needed.
You do not need a competitive running background to take part.

No. Members join with a wide range of experience, including people who have never trained for a triathlon. You can begin by attending suitable sessions in the disciplines you are comfortable with.
No. You can attend the sessions that suit your interests, experience and timetable. Some members train across all three sports, while others focus more heavily on one or two.
Not necessarily. The club has bikes that members may be able to borrow, subject to availability and the current borrowing arrangements. Contact the committee before relying on a club bike for a particular session or event.
